News Update - 05-04-06

MONIC UPDATE

After finishing first in the quarter finals Monic will be fighting for a place in the finals of the National Battle of the bands on Saturday 22nd of April (see gig page for details).

Your support will be essential at this stage. Due to this the band have arranged for the Coach to take support along.

Tickets for the coach will be combined with the tickets for the gig and will come to a combined cost of £15. The coach will be leaving from Newbury at the Cross Keys Pub at 5pm and then will pick up all you scratchamites from the world famous "Thatcham Broadway" at approximately 5.30

There are only a certain ammount of tickets avialable so if you are interested please e-mail the band at monicmusic@hotmail.co.uk to reserve your tickets.

John....Chicken will be made avaialble but may cost £150!

News Update - 24-10-05

Monic have completed their new demo and copies will be available from the 8th November:

The demo includes a new version of "Alright" previously recorded last year along with 2 new tracks "killer in the room" & "soldier".

The demo was recorded and produced by the band.

The new tracks will be available as MP3 tracks on the site shortly.

Keep an eye on the gigs page as we are currently booking up gigs on a daily basis.

News Update - 15-09-05

Monic are leaving for sawmills studio in Cornwall to record their new demo next week for 7 days.
The demo will then be mastered and duplicated by copysound ltd. 500 initial copies will be avaliable from mid October.

The demo will include the following songs:

1. Alright - New version
2. Killer In The Room
3. Untitled (the name will be decided on release)
